We do ask if you want to order a torte that you please give us at least 24 hours notice, as creating them is a custom job every time and takes a little longer than our usual cakes.
Chocolate Leaf Torte
Three layers of chocolate cake, two layers of chocolate mousse filling. The entire cake is covered in dark chocolate, then surrounded with chocolate pieces.
Three layers of chocolate cake filled with raspberry jam and chocolate buttercream, then completely covered with chocolate Ganache. It gets its name from the Sacher Hotel in Vienna, Austria.
Four layers of yellow sponge cake sprinkled with Meyer’s Dark Rum, with rum punch filling and chocolate buttercream icing. Topped with milk chocolate and maraschino cherries.

Truffle Torte: Four layers of chocolate cake sprinkled with imported Brandy. Sandwiched together with brandy-infused chocolate buttercream then coated with chocolate Ganache and decorated with handmade chocolate truffles.
Four alternating layers of yellow and chocolate cake sprinkled with Frangelico. Filled and iced with hazelnut-infused French buttercream, decorated with chocolate stringwork and chocolate-based filberts.
Black Forest Cake: Two layers of chocolate cake and one of yellow sprinkled with Kirschwasser (cherry brandy). Filled with cherries, iced with whipped cream then coated with toasted almonds and chocolate shavings before being topped with maraschino cherries.
Strawberry Torte: Three layers of yellow cake filled with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Topped with whipped cream and then decorated with fresh whole strawberries.
Atomic Torte: One layer of banana cake, one layer of chocolate, and one layer of yellow. One layer of banana filling, one layer of custard and one of fresh strawberries. Topped with chocolate fudge and iced with whipped cream, decorated with chocolate stringwork, nuts and maraschino cherries. Bring friends, this is one decadent dessert.
Chocolate Mousse Torte
Two layers of chocolate cake filled and topped with freshly handmade chocolate mousse cream. Decorated with chocolate curls and whipped cream rosettes.
Three layers of yellow sponge cake generously soaked with espresso syrup. Two layers of mascarpone mix filling (contains alcohol). Dusted with powdered cocoa.
